Beautiful films and photos that make your story stand out.
You’ve built something worth seeing. We make the films and photos that help the whole world see it too.
We’re Ezra and Katie, a husband-and-wife studio in Augusta, Georgia. From the first hello to the final frame, you’ll work with the two of us.
About usYour land, the way the birds see it
Your story, told so people feel it
Your people and products in their best light
We’re based in Augusta and work all over Richmond and Columbia counties, Evans, Martinez, North Augusta, Aiken and the rest of the CSRA. We’re happy to travel for the right project, so reach out even if you’re farther away.
Yes. Anyone flying a drone for paid work in the US needs an FAA Part 107 certificate. Ezra holds one and flies every Caligo job himself.
Usually, yes. A lot of Augusta sits inside Bush Field’s controlled airspace, so we get FAA authorization through LAANC before those flights. Some areas, like Fort Eisenhower, are off-limits, and we’ll tell you up front if your property is one of them.
FAA rules cap most flights at 400 feet above the ground. That’s more than enough. Land and homes usually look best from 100 to 300 feet.
Wind and rain ground the drone, and a flat gray sky makes land look flat too. We watch the forecast with you and pick a new day if it turns.
It depends on the size of the property, the drive and whether you need video, photos or both. Tell us about the place and we’ll send a clear price before anything is booked.
For land it’s often the only way a buyer sees the whole parcel before driving out: the road in, the water, the tree lines and how it sits next to the neighbors. Out-of-town buyers lean on it most.
Yes. Send us the plat or survey and we’ll draw the boundary on the photos and video. The lines are a visual guide, and the survey stays the legal record.
Spring green-up and fall color usually look best, and the first hour after sunrise or the last hour before sunset gives the softest light. Winter works too. Bare trees show creeks, roads and terrain that leaves hide.
Mow around the house and the road in, move vehicles and equipment out of sight, and open the gates you want shown. Let us know where livestock will be so we keep the drone well away from them.
Usually one to three minutes for your website. From the same shoot we also cut short versions, 15 to 60 seconds, for social and ads.
Shoot days, locations and the amount of editing, color and sound work drive the price more than the length does. After a first call we’ll send a clear price for the film you have in mind.
A first call, then a plan with a shot list and schedule, then the shoot, then the edit. The About page walks through each step.
Pick three or four colors that go together and spread them across the family instead of matching outfits. Skip logos and busy prints, and choose clothes the kids can move and sit in.
The hour before sunset gives warm, soft light, and early morning works well too. With little kids the best time is whenever they’re rested and fed, so we plan around naps.
Somewhere that means something to your family: your land, your porch or a favorite park. If you’re not sure, we’ll suggest a few spots around Augusta.
Tell us a little about your land, your business or your people. We’ll come back with ideas, a plan and a clear price.
